Frequently asked questions

How fast can I produce my first scorecard?

Minutes. Sign up, add a client, type in your monthly metrics or upload a CSV, and you have a branded, shareable report. There is a live sample linked on this page so you can see the output before creating an account.

Do I need to connect QBRkit to my RMM or PSA?

No. QBRkit is deliberately manual-first: you enter numbers or upload a CSV export. Nothing connects to your tenant or tooling, so there is no security review to pass before you can use it.

What does the free plan include?

One client with unlimited reports. Reports carry a small Made with QBRkit note. Pro at $29/mo removes the note and lifts the client limit.

Can I brand reports for each client?

Yes. Each client gets a name, accent color, and optional logo that appear on their reports and share pages.

What is the cyber-insurance readiness assessment?

A Pro module: a weighted self-assessment across the controls underwriters ask about (MFA, EDR, backups, and more) that produces a scored report and a prioritized security roadmap you can hand to a client. It is informational, not insurance advice.

Who owns the data I enter?

You do. Metrics and client names are used only to render your reports, and you can delete your account and all data from the settings page at any time.
